Well equipped, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Modern decor and two lovely, airy double rooms one with en-suite. The beds were wide and comfortable with crisp, clean linen. Showers were powerful and the toiletries supplied were a nice touch. As was the provision of tea, coffee and milk on arrival with the bonus of the makings for a Cornish cream tea. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property, thank you We have no negative comments

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung und sorgfältig durchdachte Organisation. In dieser Unterkunft könnte man sogar länger wohnen. Es hat alles z.B. auch Waschmittel, Reserveschwämme, Conditioner, Bücher zum Mitnehmen, Kinderstuhl und Spiele… gleichzeitig wirkt alles ordentlich.
Den Abfall muss man nicht selber entsorgen und weitere nette Aufmerksamkeiten, so dass man sich richtig willkommen fühlt. Nichts

Beautifully decorated. Large, comfortable rooms. Very central. Having a parking space was fab! The owners have thought of everything with lovely little touches. We enjoyed the cream tea on arrival. The little courtyard was a bonus.

Superb apartment in a fantastic location for Falmouth. So convenient to be in the centre with all you could want steps away and yet so quiet. So tastefully and thoughtfully presented too. Nothing

Quality furnishings, quality equipment, very comfortable beds and a friendly attention to detail with instructions, advice and supplies / welcome pack to help you relax and settle in. If there is a gold standard for holiday lets, Eric and Emma have a clear vision of what this is and surpass it. Nothing not to like. To avoid disappointment some might need to remember this is a flat with no outdoor sitting area. But, this is not a miss as the flat is light and airy, and is situated short walking distance to pub with view + close to harbour and town.

The accommodation has been done to a very high standard, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location was ideal, with Falmouth town, docks, and the train station all within walking distance.
The building itself has tons of character, retaining features from the original building whilst still feeling modern. This was one of my favorite things about staying here.
Communication with the hosts was excellent. Instructions on how to enter the accommodation and where to park our vehicle were clear, and it was reassuring to know that we could always contact the hosts during our stay should we have needed them.

Die zentrale Lage, wenige Schritte vom Hafen und dem Maritimmuseum entfernt. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und blickt auf ein besuchenswertes Kaufhaus. Restaurants, Pubs und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einer großzügigen Küche mit bester Ausstattung und einem ruhigen Außenbereich mangelt es an nichts. Sogar Ohrstöpsel fü den eventuell schnarchenden Gatten sind vorhanden.😄 Für Rat und Tat und sehr guten Tourenempfehlungen sorgen die äußerst sympathischen Vermieter Emma und Eric. 😘😘 Dass wir nur 12 Tage Urlaub hatten. 😪

Oh wow! If I could give 100 stars I would! I can’t wait to come back! From start to finish was amazing, nothing was to much! Beautiful property home from home! The decor was amazing everything about it we loved! And honestly so sad to be home! Nothing absolutely nothing! Everything was PERFECT!
