The accommodation has been done to a very high standard, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location was ideal, with Falmouth town, docks, and the train station all within walking distance.
The building itself has tons of character, retaining features from the original building whilst still feeling modern. This was one of my favorite things about staying here.
Communication with the hosts was excellent. Instructions on how to enter the accommodation and where to park our vehicle were clear, and it was reassuring to know that we could always contact the hosts during our stay should we have needed them.

Die zentrale Lage, wenige Schritte vom Hafen und dem Maritimmuseum entfernt. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und blickt auf ein besuchenswertes Kaufhaus. Restaurants, Pubs und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einer großzügigen Küche mit bester Ausstattung und einem ruhigen Außenbereich mangelt es an nichts. Sogar Ohrstöpsel fü den eventuell schnarchenden Gatten sind vorhanden.😄 Für Rat und Tat und sehr guten Tourenempfehlungen sorgen die äußerst sympathischen Vermieter Emma und Eric. 😘😘 Dass wir nur 12 Tage Urlaub hatten. 😪

I would so recommend this Airbnb to anyone. It is a gorgeous place to stay in and very convenient to the main street. Having access to private parking space is like gold dust in Falmouth! The hosts left wonderfully clear instructions and lots of recommendations and information about local amenities. They were on hand when we needed anything and extremely welcoming and friendly. Everything was done to an incredibly high standard and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Eric and Emma.

Oh wow! If I could give 100 stars I would! I can’t wait to come back! From start to finish was amazing, nothing was to much! Beautiful property home from home! The decor was amazing everything about it we loved! And honestly so sad to be home! Nothing absolutely nothing! Everything was PERFECT!

If I were to tell you that this is the 3rd time we have stayed at Eric & Emma’s property that will give you the impression that we might like staying here. You can’t argue with the location. A short walk one way from all of the attractions in Falmouth and then the other way to popular beaches and the SW coastal path.
The property itself is big but also very cosy, with underfloor heating a pleasure in colder months.
As for Eric and Emma themselves, in addition to all of the information they provide in the property they are very quick to respond to any questions you may have. All in all a lovely property and hosts to stay with. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The flat was immaculate, beautifully modern and had everything we could have wanted. The location was ideal and the hosts were amazing — friendly, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We loved it and will definitely return.

Thanks for a lovely stay, the apartment was conveniently near the high street and perfect for our trip away. A bonus that a cotbed and high chair were also available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emma and Eric’s place! The location is very walkable and has parking, both of which were big bonuses for us. We were there in the off season (March) so noise was not an issue for us. The place itself was very clean, spacious and well equipped for cooking. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this space to a small group/family!

We had a brilliant time in Emma’s apartment. Great location with everything in walking distance. Apartment was clean and welcoming with everything we needed. Emma was a super host giving clear instructions and excellent advice. Would definitely recommend!
