This is a wonderful spot to sit with a morning coffee and watch the harbour come to life. From the terrace, steps lead down to a small beach which appears when the tide is out, and also provides access for launching a paddle board or kayak for those keen to explore the water. Guests of all ages are welcome, however please note there is a significant drop from the terrace to the sea at high tide (or to the beach at low tide), with only a rope cordon along the edge. Use of the terrace is therefore at guests’ own discretion and care. Upstairs, the first floor hosts two comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers twin zip-and-link beds which can be configured as a king on request. Both bedrooms enjoy spectacular marine views, allowing you to wake up to the movement of boats and the changing light across the water. A recently refitted shower room with a walk-in glazed shower completes the upper floor. A rare advantage in this central location is the undercover, secure parking space which can accommodate a car and a dingy. While the space is quite narrow, it is capable of fitting a family vehicle.
