All on one level which was great for access for my mum in law, as she uses a walker. She was easily able to get around the property and get out of the front door and walk into town herself.

We had a wonderful week at Bank Place in August 2026.
It has everything you need, a private parking space, a perfect location, and it’s only seconds from the North Quay, where there are lovely places to eat and drink. The beaches are just a few minutes’ walk away, and most importantly, it’s quiet. You don’t hear anything from the street in the evenings.
As for the apartment itself, it’s beautiful, welcoming, and genuinely perfect.
When you open the door, you’re greeted by a lovely kitchen stocked with tea, coffee, milk, and a thoughtful welcome gift (they were delicious, thank you!). The living room is spacious, with books and magazines to enjoy. The bedrooms are a good size, and the courtyard at the back is ideal for drying off towels after a day at the beach.
You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the apartment. The small emergency lights are a brilliant touch, they guide your way safely at night without needing to turn on the main lights, and they switch off after a short time. The beds are comfortable, and the whole place feels like a home away from home.
We wholeheartedly recommend Bank Place. You won’t be disappointed, and you’ll have a brilliant, memorable stay. It’s the nicest apartment we’ve stayed in.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Exceptionally clean.
We had a very enjoyable stay here and would definitely return without hesitation. Few extra towels would have been great for our week long stay but not a big deal.

Sehr gut ausgestattet Wohnung.
Es fehlte an nichts, selbst Netflix gab es gratis.
Kleiner Mangel aus meiner Sicht, die sehr weichen Sofamöbel.

The old English Rooms is an excellent base to explore Falmouth from a great location with stunning views the facilities are fantastic everything you could possibly need is catered for it is spotlessly clean and tidy and lovingly cared for by the owners Emma & Eric who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything Falmouth and nothing was too much trouble for them well worth a visit we throughly recommend it Lack of wardrobe space

Die Lage, mittendrin in der Stadt.auch nicht weit von den Stränden. Das Haus ist hellhörig und der Lärm von der Straße, aber wenn man zentrale Lage will, ist das nun mal so.

Fantastic location, impeccable place, spotless cleaning, beautifully decorated and extremely organised. The owners, Emma and Eric, were exceptionally attentive, leaving a lovely cream tea ready for us on our arrival. We loved the bookshelf and the doodle book, but I think our favourite part was the little back garden where we could enjoy our breakfast in the beautiful Cornish sunshine. We didn't like that our holiday ended and we had to come back home! Hahahahaha we can't wait to go back to that beautiful flat!

Well equipped, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Modern decor and two lovely, airy double rooms one with en-suite. The beds were wide and comfortable with crisp, clean linen. Showers were powerful and the toiletries supplied were a nice touch. As was the provision of tea, coffee and milk on arrival with the bonus of the makings for a Cornish cream tea. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property, thank you We have no negative comments

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung und sorgfältig durchdachte Organisation. In dieser Unterkunft könnte man sogar länger wohnen. Es hat alles z.B. auch Waschmittel, Reserveschwämme, Conditioner, Bücher zum Mitnehmen, Kinderstuhl und Spiele… gleichzeitig wirkt alles ordentlich.
Den Abfall muss man nicht selber entsorgen und weitere nette Aufmerksamkeiten, so dass man sich richtig willkommen fühlt. Nichts

Beautifully decorated. Large, comfortable rooms. Very central. Having a parking space was fab! The owners have thought of everything with lovely little touches. We enjoyed the cream tea on arrival. The little courtyard was a bonus.
